MSc/PhD applicants
Candidates who wish to be considered for MSc/PhD study are asked to send:
- a brief research proposal (topic, research questions, proposed methods, and fit with the lab’s research interests)
- scholarship/funding information (scheme name, status, timeline, and whether full funding is secured)
- a CV (and links to publications or a writing sample, if available)
Please note: there are limited spaces for MSc/PhD study. Priority is generally given to candidates who have secured full scholarships/full funding.
Interview requests and media enquiries
Interview requests, media enquiries, and other public engagement requests should include:
- requester name and organisation/outlet (and intended audience)
- topic and the specific request (interview, quote, background)
- format (email/phone/video), expected duration, and whether recording/filming is planned
- deadline and proposed dates/times (and any embargo details)
Visiting students, postdoctoral researchers, and sabbatical placements
Opportunities for visiting students, postdoctoral researchers, or sabbatical placements—regardless of funding—are extremely limited. Due to existing responsibilities and ongoing commitments, we can only consider such requests in exceptional cases. Unsolicited enquiries may not receive a response.
